Asphalt Paving Process
One of our estimators visits and walks the site to assess its current condition and take accurate measurements.
2/ Preparation of Quote
Full scope of work along with relevant site maps are combined to create a full proposal to owner.
3/ Pre-Construction Meeting
Cole Burton personnel meet with the asset owner to present quote and review the project and schedule start/completion dates.
4/ Project Commences
All work is scheduled to be performed; equipment and human assets allocated. Start date is added to project calendar.
5/ Project Completed
All contracted work is completed and a final walk-thru with Owner and Cole Burton verifies customer satisfaction with results.
6/ Close Out Meeting
With approval of results by property owner/manager, payment is made and project closed out.
